OUR MISSION
Empower individuals to enhance their mental well-being, acquire new skills, and embrace a healthier lifestyle. We are committed to supporting those facing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and co-occurring disorders. By fostering personal growth and resilience, we aim to open doors to fresh opportunities and inspire a higher quality of life for all.
OUR VISION
Transforming Lives, One Mind and Heart at a Time, towards a Healthier and More Resilient World.
OUR PURPOSE
At the heart of Our Community Home lies our commitment to offering holistic support and inventive outlets to individuals battling mental health and substance abuse issues- children, adolescents, or adults. Our facilities present a comforting haven for those in need of short-term refuge. Within our walls, individuals benefit from specialized group therapies led by seasoned professionals, arming them with essential resilience tools.
For our younger community, we ignite imagination and confidence through tech-driven programs, fostering entrepreneurship and active community participation. Our forward-thinking curriculum spans computer coding, photography, videography, and software mastery, equipping the next generation with skills to craft a future brimming with opportunities.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION
Our Community Home is committed to fostering an environment that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion. In everything we do, from our mission to our day-to-day programs and services, we prioritize these principles. We believe that every individual, regardless of their background, deserves equitable access to mental health and substance abuse support. To achieve this:

1. We actively seek to recruit a diverse staff and leadership team that reflects the communities we serve.

2. We implement culturally competent programs, recognizing that every person's journey to recovery is unique and influenced by their cultural and personal experiences.

3. We regularly assess and improve our policies and procedures to ensure they are equitable and free from bias, and we actively engage with diverse communities to understand their needs and preferences.

By embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into our organization's DNA, we aim to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported on their path to improved mental health and well-being.
